Pennsylvania Licensed Transportation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initial setup through delivery
• Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing for timely delivery
• Oversee project billing, client updates, and quality assurance of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in civil transportation engineering and project management
• Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred
• Familiarity with NYDOT or PennDOT design standards preferred
