Job Summary

A company is looking for an Access Center Triage LPN.

Key Responsibilities

• Triages incoming calls and makes clinical decisions based on established protocols
• Facilitates coordination of care and delegates tasks to clinical staff as needed
• Provides telephone advice, evaluates patient situations, and refers patients to appropriate care

Required Qualifications

• Technical School Diploma from an LPN program
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Pennsylvania
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and possesses strong computer skills
