Job Summary

A company is looking for an Access Center Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs callers to the appropriate level of care and provides healthcare advice using assessment skills and protocols
• Facilitates coordination of care across settings and ensures completion of labs, studies, and referrals
• Serves as a liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital staff while providing clinical support and education

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• 5 years of nursing experience including acute care, ED, medical office, or telephone triage
• 2 years of clinical acute care hospital or urgent care experience
• RN - Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification for the State of Pennsylvania
