Job Summary

A company is looking for an Access Center Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs callers to the appropriate level of care and provides healthcare advice using assessment skills and approved guidelines
• Facilitates coordination of care and ensures completion of labs, studies, and referrals for patients
• Provides clinical support in symptom assessment and patient education

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years of clinical acute care hospital experience
• RN - Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
• Knowledge of telephone-based clinical assessment techniques and triage protocols
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
