Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in clinical acute care or urgent care
• Excellent computer skills and empathy for individuals seeking healthcare information
• Knowledge of telephone-based clinical assessment techniques and triage protocols
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania with American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
