Key Responsibilities

Directs callers to appropriate levels of care and provides healthcare advice using assessment skills and protocols
Facilitates coordination of care and ensures completion of labs, studies, and referrals for patients
Provides clinical support in symptom assessment and patient education while maintaining medical records

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing
5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in clinical acute care or urgent care
Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
Knowledge of telephone-based clinical assessment techniques and triage protocols
American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
