Pennsylvania Licensed Triage Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Specialist to perform effective telephone triage to support dermatology patients based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones and return voicemails to handle questions and transfer calls as needed
• Relay pathology results and schedule surgeries according to provider guidelines
• Document all conversations in the electronic medical record (EMA) system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Medical Assistant
• CCMA/RMA Certification preferred
• Experience with medical terminology and patient scheduling
