Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Trial Attorney (Remote - Allentown, PA).

Key Responsibilities

• Represent insured individuals and the Company in the defense of bodily injury, property damage, homeowners, and Uninsured/Underinsured motorist cases
• Lead complex trials, arbitrations, and mediations with minimal supervision
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide legal counsel on litigation and regulatory issues

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in good standing
• 7+ years of litigation experience, particularly in bodily injury and insurance defense
• Proven experience as lead or co-lead counsel on complex litigation matters
• Technological proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
