Job Summary

Leading a production and underwriting team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Underwriter will underwrite new and renewal business, approve policy changes, and maintain client relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal business while meeting production goals set by management
• Supervise team communications and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and market program products and services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation
• Five years of experience as an active Underwriter or seven years in the insurance industry
• Current licensing in relevant areas of insurance
• Strong understanding of commercial multi-line underwriting and risk profiles
• Proficiency in company automation tools, including Windows and relevant software
