Job Summary

Offering a per diem opportunity, the Pennsylvania Licensed Virtual Inpatient RN will assess, plan, and provide nursing care remotely after completing onsite orientation, focusing on patient needs and safety while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts comprehensive assessments and formulates care plans based on unit standards and patient needs
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies while evaluating the effectiveness of interventions
• Collaborates with healthcare team members to address patient needs and participates in quality and safety improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Med/Surg experience preferred
