Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Pennsylvania Licensed Virtual RN will assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities for inpatient care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction while working nights in a collaborative virtual environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts comprehensive assessments and coordinates care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Acts as a liaison between patients, families, and hospital staff, addressing various needs throughout the continuum of care
• Implements evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and participates in quality and safety initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in Med/Surg
• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Experience with remote patient care and telehealth practices is preferred
