Job Summary

To support community wellness initiatives, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Wellness Associate will develop and implement health and wellness programs, provide on-site support, and evaluate program effectiveness while working remotely from Danville, PA or the surrounding area.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and designs wellness programs in collaboration with assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with training and reporting requirements
• Implements tools to evaluate program effectiveness and reports outcomes to stakeholders quarterly
• Provides telephonic and on-site health coaching for lifestyle management programs as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• Certification(s) and License(s) relevant to wellness practices
• Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications
• Ability to conduct health screenings and provide education on wellness initiatives
