Job Summary
To enhance access to mental health services for women, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Women's Mental Health Therapist will provide individual tele-therapy sessions, conduct psychological intakes, and document patient progress remotely, working as a contractor for 10-30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual tele-therapy to patients using FamilyWell's virtual platform
- Conduct psychological intakes and gather assessments to inform treatment planning
- Document patient progress and share treatment recommendations with healthcare providers
Required qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience with pregnant, postpartum, or peri/menopause patients preferred
- Formal training in perinatal/peri/menopause mental health is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with tele-therapy platforms and virtual care delivery
