Job Summary

A company is looking for a PA Workers Compensation Adjuster (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and disposition of assigned claims
• Communicate claim status and ensure timely updates to relevant parties
• Participate in claim reviews and manage the litigation process while adhering to guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of Workers Compensation claims handling experience
• Minimum of 2 years of Workers Compensation lost time claims handling experience
• Pennsylvania Workers Comp Insurance Adjusters license highly preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of law and insurance regulations in various jurisdictions
• Previous experience with reserving and adjudication of Workers' compensation lost time claims
