Job Summary
Managing complex workers' compensation cases, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Workers' Compensation Partner will supervise teams, advise clients, and represent them in court while contributing to the firm's growth and operational needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise clients on business transactions and legal rights, and independently manage cases from start to finish
- Represent clients in court, select jurors, argue motions, and conduct legal research and drafting of briefs
- Oversee the hiring and training of associates while ensuring compliance and managing operational budgets
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in general liability/insurance defense
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania (additional states a plus)
- Experience in negotiations and mediations
- Strong analytical and research skills
