Pennsylvania OVR Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead programs supporting individuals in achieving employment and independence through partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of OVR programs and ensure compliance with state requirements
• Lead, coach, and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Manage referrals, service authorizations, and employment outcomes for individuals served

Required Qualifications

• Experience in program management or related field
• Knowledge of vocational rehabilitation processes and compliance standards
• Proven leadership and staff management experience
• Ability to analyze data and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Must reside in Pennsylvania
