Job Summary

Pennsylvania OVR Transition Coordinator is a full-time, remote position based in Scranton, PA, responsible for supporting students with disabilities in their transition to employment and independence through collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transition programming for adolescents aged 14-21
• Coordinate career exploration and job readiness experiences
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with program standards
