Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Analyst (work from home Eastern United States).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, processing, calculation, and reconciliation of bi-weekly, multi-state payroll
• Ensure payroll data compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Prepare and file payroll tax returns and reconcile payroll tax accounts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - Required
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience - Required
• Experience in payroll tax reporting and compliance
• Ability to research payroll tax laws and regulations
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing
