Job Summary

Engaging with healthcare and pharmacy customers, the full-time CC Healthcare Pharmacy Representative will provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communications while operating remotely from Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with healthcare and pharmacy customers to address inquiries and provide solutions
• Research and problem-solve to resolve customer issues effectively and follow up as needed
• Utilize internal software to document customer interactions and maintain thorough records

Required qualifications

• Physical location in Pennsylvania
• Ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician or Trainee registration/licensure with the PA State Board of Pharmacy
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment
• High school education or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and ability to multi-task effectively
