A company is looking for a Pennsylvania Political Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on political strategy and lead candidate recruitment and training programs
• Manage the electoral endorsement process and support endorsed candidates
• Develop relationships with local leaders and grassroots organizations to identify candidates

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in campaigns, advocacy, or organizing, with at least three years in electoral roles
• Significant knowledge of Pennsylvania politics and established relationships with local officials and organizations
• Ability to design and oversee electoral programs and manage budgets
• Familiarity with electoral campaigning, voter contact tools, and data management systems
• Capacity to manage competing priorities and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
