Pennsylvania Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Pennsylvania Regulatory Compliance Senior Program Manager will develop strategies to reduce regulatory risk, manage program execution, and partner with business units to ensure compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes related to regulatory compliance
• Lead program execution by setting objectives, defining road maps, and ensuring timely completion of key activities
• Research new regulations and assess business impact, guiding the implementation of required changes through processes and procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline related to product safety, quality, science, or regulatory compliance
• Minimum of 7 years of related professional experience in regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for cosmetic products and OTC drugs
• Product-focused technical experience with partner and third-party laboratories
• Understanding of core regulatory bodies, including CPSC, FDA, EPA, and FTC, along with applicable state-level regulations
