A company is looking for a Pennsylvania - Real Estate Signing Agent - Remote Online Notary.

Key Responsibilities

Verify signer identities using approved remote identification methods
Review real estate documents for completeness, accuracy, and legal compliance prior to notarization
Conduct live real estate RON sessions while ensuring compliance with state-specific laws and procedures

Required Qualifications

Minimum six (6) months of active Remote Online Notarization (RON) experience
Minimum one (1) year as a commissioned Notary Public
Demonstrated experience notarizing real estate documents
NNA Signing Agent certification
Authorization to perform Remote Online Notarization (RON) in Pennsylvania
