Pennsylvania Revenue Management Specialist

Job Summary

Managing billing and collection functions for professional and hospital accounts, the full-time Pennsylvania Revenue Management Specialist will work remotely to ensure efficient operations, enhance revenue, and resolve credit balance issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform professional and hospital billing and collection functions, including cash posting and accounts receivable resolution
• Communicate billing activities and cash flow results to senior management while coordinating with other revenue management areas
• Participate in training and develop quality initiatives to monitor and improve revenue management processes

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required
• Experience with Epic Resolute and healthcare billing processes preferred
• Certification as a Certified Professional Coder Apprentice (CPC-A) is a plus
• Proficiency in computer literacy and understanding of the regulatory environment in financial services
