Job Summary

Managing the administrative onboarding process, the remote Pennsylvania Security Specialist will support personnel security, coordinate background checks, and issue access badges for new hires at Letterkenny Army Depot.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, contractors, and visitors requiring access to the depot
  • Prepare and submit personnel security documents and background check requests in compliance with DoD and depot procedures
  • Coordinate with applicants to collect necessary documentation and maintain accurate security files and records
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, personnel security, HR onboarding, or customer service roles
  • Familiarity with DoD, Army, or federal personnel security processes preferred
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume onboarding workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tracking systems
