Pennsylvania Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead to manage a team of testers and oversee functional testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 testers and oversee end-to-end functional testing activities
• Ensure high-quality delivery across eligibility and benefits systems
• Coordinate coverage across various Integrated Eligibility programs such as Medicaid and SNAP

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall testing experience with a focus on functional testing
• 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead managing teams
• Hands-on experience with State Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems
• Strong understanding of eligibility determination workflows and cross-program integration
• Expertise in SDLC and STLC, including Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
