Pennsylvania Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead with a strong State Integrated Eligibility functional testing background.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 testers and oversee end-to-end functional testing activities
• Ensure high-quality delivery across eligibility and benefits systems
• Ensure coverage across Integrated Eligibility programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and Child Care

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall testing experience with a strong functional testing focus
• 3+ years as a Test Lead managing teams of 6-8 testers
• Hands-on experience with State Integrated Eligibility systems
• Strong understanding of eligibility determination workflows and cross-program integration
• Expertise in SDLC and STLC, including Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
