Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Coordinator in Pennsylvania (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process by monitoring workflow and managing multi-site projects
  • Research incoming order requests and provide accurate ordering instructions while maintaining communication with internal customers and vendors
  • Analyze vendor performance and act as a liaison to resolve service delivery issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of related experience in Project Management, Account Management, and Vendor Network Management, preferably in title services
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
