Job Summary
A company is looking for a Title Coordinator in Pennsylvania (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process by monitoring workflow and managing multi-site projects
- Research incoming order requests and provide accurate ordering instructions while maintaining communication with internal customers and vendors
- Analyze vendor performance and act as a liaison to resolve service delivery issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of related experience in Project Management, Account Management, and Vendor Network Management, preferably in title services
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
