Pension Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the administration of Defined Benefit pension plans, the full-time Benefits Administration Services Analyst II will perform benefit calculations, process participant transactions, and resolve inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Defined Benefit pension calculations and process participant transactions in accordance with plan provisions
• Review participant data for accuracy and maintain accurate records in benefit administration systems
• Research and resolve participant inquiries and plan administration issues, escalating complex matters as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or pension administration
• Experience with Defined Benefit pension plans strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interpret plan documents and apply procedures accurately
