Job Summary

A company is looking for an Execution Project Lead Associate to manage pension plan settlement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of pension settlement projects, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and develop detailed project plans and timelines for stakeholders
• Facilitate client meetings and manage vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of pension experience
• Prior knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and PBGC requirements related to defined benefit plan terminations is beneficial
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including actuaries and legal teams
• Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
