Pension Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading the execution of pension settlement projects, the full-time remote Execution Project Lead Consultant will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end management of 2-4 mid- to large-sized pension settlement implementations
- Develop detailed project plans and status reports for internal stakeholders and clients
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and prevent delays
Required qualifications
- 10 years of pension experience
- Prior knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and PBGC requirements related to defined benefit plan terminations and settlements
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including actuaries and legal teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
