Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pension Representative, the full-time position will provide remote support to fund constituents by delivering accurate information and assistance regarding retirement benefits, preferably from the tri-state area.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fund constituents, addressing inquiries through various communication channels
- Ensure accurate and timely management of participants' retirement benefits to foster trust and enhance customer experience
- Utilize technology systems to maintain detailed records and explain complex pension information clearly and professionally
Required qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with pension rules and regulations, is highly advantageous
- Proficiency with technology systems related to fund accounts
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
