Job Summary

Pension Risk Transfer Consultant, a full-time remote position responsible for managing new client onboarding, coordinating with plan sponsors and third-party administrators, and driving process improvements within the Pension Risk Transfer business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new clients transferring pension obligations, ensuring a seamless installation process
  • Drive processes related to contract administration, data optimization, and communication with third-party administrators
  • Support sales goals by managing requests for proposals and ensuring compliance with service level agreements
Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related field; graduate degree preferred
  • Seven or more years of relevant defined benefit experience, preferably in the Pension Risk Transfer business
  • Knowledge of the Pension Risk Transfer and/or pension industry
  • Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to support compliance and auditing processes effectively
