Job Summary

A company is looking for an Execution Project Lead Consultant to manage pension plan settlement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of pension settlement projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Facilitate client meetings and prepare status reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of pension experience
• Prior knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and PBGC requirements related to defined benefit plan terminations and settlements preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including actuaries and legal teams
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Adaptability to evolving regulatory requirements and project complexities
