Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop strategies for identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Drive demand generation activities to enhance pipeline growth and collaborate with in-country Account Executives
- Manage sales activities and revenue forecasting using Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive selling US payroll/PEO solutions
- Strong experience in prospecting and self-generating pipeline
- Proven ability to develop champions and navigate complex sales cycles
- Experience in a startup or fast-moving environment
- Proficient in Salesforce
