Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Specialist for their PEO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate prospective customer workers' compensation applications, assess risk, and communicate with the Sales team and clients
Audit workers' compensation book of business to ensure accurate assessment and classification of risk
Liaise with insurance broker and carrier, drive process improvements, and support internal teams as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications:

Mastery of time management and ability to balance competing priorities
Eye for process improvement and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel
