Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Specialist for their PEO operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate prospective customer workers' compensation applications, assess risk, and communicate with the Sales team and clients
  • Audit workers' compensation book of business to ensure accurate assessment and classification of risk
  • Liaise with insurance broker and carrier, drive process improvements, and support internal teams as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications:
  • Mastery of time management and ability to balance competing priorities
  • Eye for process improvement and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Passion for fast-paced, tech-centric organizations
  • Collaborative and cross-functional mindset
