Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Analytics Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver data analysis and support for key People initiatives, including performance evaluations and employee surveys
Create and manage foundational data products to identify patterns and trends in People data
Serve as a trusted advisor to the People Team, enabling self-service data capabilities

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with data visualization platforms, with Tableau experience preferred
5+ years of experience with Excel/Google Sheets
2+ years of experience in SQL, Python, or R
2+ years in a People Analytics or related reporting role
Familiarity with Data Warehouse and ETL processes
