Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Analytics Analyst to join their People Analytics team and provide data-driven insights to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a People Analytics expert for business partners and leaders, focusing on organizational health metrics
• Conduct ongoing workforce analysis and deliver insights to inform business decisions
• Translate complex people data into clear narratives and recommendations for executive audiences

Required Qualifications

• Experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or workforce analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis and modeling
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or similar
• Strong presentation skills to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
