Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a business-facing People Analytics expert, focusing on organizational health metrics and workforce challenges
• Conduct ongoing workforce analysis and deliver insights to inform business decisions
• Translate complex people data into clear narratives and recommendations for leadership audiences

Required Qualifications

• Experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or workforce analytics roles
• Proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries
• Strong skills in AI tools and interest in leveraging them for workflow improvements
• Advanced experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis and modeling
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools, with a focus on enabling self-service analytics
