People Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Designing and managing scalable analytics products, the full-time People Analytics Analyst will oversee the data reporting portfolio, drive user enablement, and support data governance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy analytics products at scale, including storyboards and dashboards
• Partner with the People Analytics leader and Technology organization to execute new data integrations
• Automate reporting workflows and manage the queue of new reports and enhancements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional experience with a Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in designing and maintaining people analytics reports and dashboards
• Proficiency in BI dashboard development and data visualization
• Experience integrating data from multiple employee data sources
• Strong partnership skills, particularly in collaboration with technology partners and data governance teams
