Job Summary
As a full-time remote People Analytics Analyst, the successful candidate will analyze complex business problems using data, drive automation and data governance, and develop analytics tools to support decision-making in collaboration with various teams within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Automate data insight reporting and ensure data quality through documentation and standard guidelines
- Consult with stakeholders to identify desired outcomes and provide scalable analytics and insights for decision-making
- Develop and execute analytics that inform strategies around people, culture, and leadership within the organization
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Computational Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Talent Analytics, Survey Design and Analysis, or People Analytics
- Experience with Workday tools such as Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and dashboards
- Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics tools, including data visualization and manipulation tools
- Knowledge of scripting and query languages such as Python, R, or SQL is a bonus
