Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Analytics Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day HR operations including payroll, employee records, compliance tracking, and benefits administration
  • Manage people programs such as performance reviews and employee lifecycle processes, requiring cross-functional collaboration
  • Act as a strategic partner to managers, connecting business priorities with people strategies and solving complex business challenges


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, People Analytics, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration, with compliance deliverables experience preferred
  • Experience in developing people programs like performance management and onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Rippling and/or Culture Amp
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in using data for decision-making
