People Analytics Business Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, People Analytics Business Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between business leaders, HR, and the HR analytics team to understand workforce priorities and challenges
• Translate business needs into analytics requirements, dashboards, reports, and predictive models for actionable insights
• Drive adoption and utilization of HR analytics tools across business units and support data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience in data engineering, or a Graduate degree with 7 years of experience, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR business partner, or business relationship management
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data domains
• Experience with HR analytics platforms such as Visier and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Experience working with Agile development frameworks
