Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Analytics Data Strategy & Infrastructure Lead Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data infrastructure and engineering projects for human capital data
- Build and execute ETL processes from multiple data sources
- Support leaders, data scientists, and analysts in driving strategic reporting and workforce planning activities
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Advanced database development experience and knowledge
- Proven experience in data management and data sourcing
- Full end-to-end experience in data warehousing
