Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Analytics Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the people analytics strategy in collaboration with various teams
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
• Analyze data patterns and utilize predictive modeling to enhance talent metrics and employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with 3-6 years in People/HR Analytics
• Proven experience in establishing and scaling a people analytics function
• Strong technical skills in SQL and Python or R, with experience in building ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with HR data processes and experience with reporting solutions using HRIS and visualization tools
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
