Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried People Analytics Lead will build and manage the enterprise people analytics platform, deliver predictive workforce intelligence, and measure AI ROI to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Vizier people analytics platform, integrating with various HR systems
  • Develop frameworks for measuring AI ROI and communicate findings through narrative reports for executive stakeholders
  • Create predictive models and analyses to identify workforce risks and opportunities, partnering with leadership to shape people strategy
Required qualifications
  • 7-12 years of experience in people analytics, HR data science, or organizational research, preferably in a high-caliber organization
  • Expertise in people analytics platforms, with strong preference for Visier and familiarity with Workday
  • Proven ability to calculate and communicate ROI from HR and technology investments, including AI
  • Strong quantitative skills in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization
  • Background in organizational psychology or a related discipline is a meaningful plus
