Job Summary

To support strategic human capital initiatives, the full-time remote People Analytics Manager will design and manage a people analytics strategy, lead data analysis efforts, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to optimize workforce decision-making.

Key responsibilities
  • Design the structure and governance of the people analytics team and key operating processes
  • Maximize internal talent development through performance coaching and identifying developmental opportunities
  • Guide automation of HR data collection and analysis, creating visualizations and new analytic tools
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in data science or a related field; Master's degree in HR management or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in senior HR or Business Insight roles
  • At least 5 years of experience leading a high-performing team
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with enterprise-wide advanced analytics initiatives
  • Experience working with analytics and data visualization tools
