Job Summary
To support strategic human capital initiatives, the full-time remote People Analytics Manager will design and manage a people analytics strategy, lead data analysis efforts, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to optimize workforce decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Design the structure and governance of the people analytics team and key operating processes
- Maximize internal talent development through performance coaching and identifying developmental opportunities
- Guide automation of HR data collection and analysis, creating visualizations and new analytic tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data science or a related field; Master's degree in HR management or MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in senior HR or Business Insight roles
- At least 5 years of experience leading a high-performing team
- Minimum 3 years of experience with enterprise-wide advanced analytics initiatives
- Experience working with analytics and data visualization tools
