Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the Single Point Owner for People Analytics
Deliver actionable insights to drive impactful business decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver exceptional results

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in a Data Analytics role
Experience supporting the analytics function within a People/HR team
Strong mathematics, statistics, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Data Visualization: Tableau preferred, (Looker, PowerBI)
Data Transformation: SQL - Snowflake preferred, (Redshift, BigQuery)
