Job Summary
To shape the People Strategy through data-driven insights, the full-time remote People Analytics Manager will analyze organizational health, identify trends in people dynamics, and provide strategic recommendations in collaboration with HR and business leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize data analysis to identify patterns related to recruitment, attrition, and engagement, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with business partners to connect data trends with business needs and people strategy
- Develop user-friendly dashboards for tracking key metrics and support data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in people analytics within a corporate environment
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools and HRIS systems
- Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Experience in business analysis and statistical analysis
