Job Summary

To shape the People Strategy through data-driven insights, the full-time remote People Analytics Manager will analyze organizational health, identify trends in people dynamics, and provide strategic recommendations in collaboration with HR and business leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize data analysis to identify patterns related to recruitment, attrition, and engagement, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with business partners to connect data trends with business needs and people strategy
  • Develop user-friendly dashboards for tracking key metrics and support data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7-10+ years of experience in people analytics within a corporate environment
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools and HRIS systems
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Experience in business analysis and statistical analysis
