Job Summary

Responsible for developing analytical rigor to shape the People Strategy, the full-time remote People Analytics Manager will analyze organizational health, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations in collaboration with HR and business leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize data analysis to identify patterns related to recruitment, attrition, and engagement, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Partner with business leaders to connect data trends with business needs and People Strategy, offering informed recommendations for policy and workforce planning
  • Collect and synthesize data into user-friendly dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and track key business metrics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7-10+ years of experience in people analytics within a corporate environment, including employee engagement and attrition trends analysis
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools and HRIS systems, along with strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Experience in business analysis, data analysis, and/or statistical analysis
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
