Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Analytics Partner to deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for organizational effectiveness and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex people analytics projects and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to provide insights on organizational health
  • Develop and present reports and dashboards using advanced analytics tools to support HR strategies
  • Create data storytelling briefings and foster self-service analytics culture while developing enterprise-wide employee listening strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, I/O Psychology, statistics, MIS, or human resources
  • 3-5 years of experience in people analytics, human resources, or management consulting, or a Master's degree
  • Knowledge of People/HR topics such as talent acquisition and workforce planning
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or Tableau
